Youth & Social Welfare

Youth Welfare

BrisKA is committed to supporting young people in their growth and development into responsible, socially aware citizens by aiming to provide guidance and opportunities that help them excel in their careers and become valuable contributors to society.

The organisation seeks to expand career guidance and mentorship programmes by engaging professional mentors from diverse sectors, alongside planning skill development workshops focused on communication skills, digital literacy, leadership, and employability. BrisKA also aims to organise initiatives that enable young people to explore career pathways and reach their full potential, with inclusivity at its core by ensuring individuals of all ages are given meaningful roles in events and festival celebrations.

To strengthen youth engagement, the BrisKA 2025–27 Committee has established a BrisKA Youth Forum, creating a platform for enthusiastic young members to contribute, develop their skills, and support the wider community.

Building on past initiatives such as the Youth Meet held on 19 August 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hall, Fishponds, BrisKA continues to work towards shaping a supportive and empowering environment for its younger members.
