Who We Are

Bristol Keralites Association (BrisKA) is a non-profit, non-political, and secular social and cultural community organisation representing people who have migrated from South India. Membership is open to individuals living in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, and our services extend to the wider society, irrespective of ethnic origin or background.

BrisKA was officially inaugurated on 20 November 2010 by Bristol North West MP Miss Charlotte Leslie, in the presence of City Councillor Mr Mike Wollacott. Currently, there are 13 neighbourhood associations affiliated with BrisKA, alongside members who do not belong to any affiliated local association.We bring together families, professionals, students, and youth, fostering a vibrant and supportive community rooted in shared cultural identity, heritage, and mutual support.
